Pateri is a being of complete darkness and is bent on destruction, not that much about him is known at this time until Flying Robot Manatee told the Toa about how he caused him to become unconscious. He's armed with a shadow blade as a left hand/arm weapon and has a hand on his right arm. Pateri has the power to summon demons from his weapons and horns and can create force fields and shields by using his elemental power of darkness. Pateri created a the mask that looked similar to Dinis' Kanohi mask of fire as a tracking device to track Dinis' every movement when he and the other Toa were in Manateeland's core. Pateri was created by the robot villagers of Kankeitto to provide Flying Robot Manatee with buckets of chicken that were made of the element of darkness in order to keep Flying Robot Manatee's powers and immortality alive. One day he wanted to take over Manateeland so he stopped using his dark elemental powers that are created by his Kanohi mask of darkness to create buckets of chicken for Flying Robot Manatee and started using it to create insect like creatures and the being Whakato to destroy the villages of Manateeland. He was destroyed by the Toa when they each fired a nova blast at the same time at him, his spirit was then spread and divided all over Manateeland and caused buckets of chicken to grow out of the ground in order to maintain balance between evil prototodermis(dark elemental powers) and good protodermis(earth, fire, water, stone and light). Other information: Pateri has the ability to control people's body by going inside of them. When he was a Toa: Pateri, Luonto and Nadharia were some of the very first Toa ever created by the robot villagers in Kanakeitto. Pateri's hatred for buckets of chicken has been a curse which no one knows the origins of. Luonto and Nadharia tried many times to convince him that buckets of chicken are awesome, but he refused to eat buckets of chicken or believe buckets of chicken are awesome. He refused to eat buckets of chicken so much that he shrieked so loudly that it caused many robot villagers to go insane or become traumatized. He was then punished and turned into a spirit that has the power to make buckets of chicken, while his old body was transformed into a Flying Robot Manatee by the robot villagers that he had to feed buckets of chicken to every day in order to learn why buckets of chicken are awesome.
