Flying Robot Manatee is the creator of the Toa and the protector of the island of Manateeland. His immortality and god like powers come from the Kanohi mask of manatees that he wore until he forgot to eat a bucket of chicken one day and fell into the core of Manateeland. Before he crashed into the island's core, he put his spirit into a gold Kanohi mask of manatees that he created while he was crashing into the island's core. He also activated the 5 cacoons that contained Toa in them that he created seconds before he crash landed into the island's core. His gold Kanohi mask of manatees feel deep into the soil along with Flying Robot Manatee's body. The gold Kanohi mask of manatees gave life back to the creature known as Whakato and said to him that his life would taken away if he ever tried to put on the gold Kanohi mask of manatees. Flying Robot Manatee's body was eventually found by the Toa when they put their Kanohi mask in the cracks of the wall of the core. When the Toa found his lifeless body, they noticed something glowing underneath his body, there was an orb with a button inside of it underneath his body. Takatahi grabbed Flying Robot Manatee's body with his razor stone claws while Uhuru smashed the orb and and all 5 Toa pressed the button and the button changed colours as they were all pressing it and caused Flying Robot Manatee's body to hover in the air and also caused the gold Kanohi mask of manatees to fly to where Flying Robot manatee's body and attach onto his face, that caused him to awake from his unconsciousness and told the Toa to grab onto his arms as he flew them to a planet that was near the island planet of Manateeland. He told the Toa the tale of why he forgot to eat of bucket of chicken which was caused by Pateri using his dark elemental powers to create monsters and creatures such as Whakato instead of making buckets of chicken to maintain Flying Robot Manatee's immortality and god like powers. When Flying Robot Manatee brought the Toa to his home planet of Kanakeitto, he told them to retrieve the Kanoka disks of their elements, when the Toa returned to him with the Kanoka disks he swallowed them and then exploded, his stomach released a mist/fog form of Protodermis that transformed the Toa with more powerful Kanohi masks, weapons and armour. Flying Robot Manatee was brought back to life as a Toa named Elige one year later. Other information:The reason why Flying Robot Manatee has to eat a bucket of chicken every day in order to maintain his immortality and god like powers is because they're a tasty way of eating protodermis which can only be made either by using dark elemental powers/magic or by combining all 5 elemental powers(fire, water, stone, earth and light). Flying Robot Manatee's body is made of protodermis which needs balance to maintain his abilities and life and due to him already having the elemental powers of earth, stone, water, fire and light already inside of him, that meant he needed dark elemental powers inside of him in the form of buckets of chicken in order to balance the good protodermis inside of him(stone, water, earth, light and fire combined) with the bad protodermis(dark elemental powers used by Pateri that were in each bucket of chicken he ate. Flying Robot Manatee's body is made of protosteel which means his bones and skin are made of the same materials as Toa tools. Flying Robot Manatee can fire rainbows out of his eyes which is made out molten protodermis. Each bucket of chicken Flying Robot Manatee eats has 1,200 calories and has 10 chicken legs. Flying Robot Manatee has the power of telepathy. Flying Robot Manatee was created using Pateri's former body from when he was a Toa to teach him about why buckets of chicken are awesome.

Flying Robot Manatee was built not with parts or with materials found from Kanakeitto or from the robot villagers, the parts that were created to build Flying Robot Manatee combined and were created as some robot villagers combined their elemental powers to create Flying Robot Manatee which means he has no pieces that attach together, but instead his body is a spirit that transformed into a Flying Robot Manatee and his robotic armour is made of elemental powers from the robot villagers and is maintained by the demons that came from the buckets of chicken that Pateri made.

It has the ability to supply it's user(Flying Robot Manatee) with the dark elemental powers/Protodermis that would be found from eating buckets of chicken and since the mask had the power to maintain the Protodermis/dark energy, it could have made Pateri's purpose of creating buckets of chicken obsolete. It was destroyed when Flying Robot Manatee blew up from eating the Kanoka disks the Toa retrieved for him.
